Exactly one year ago I had a heavy ski accident. The effect on my legs was ravaging.
Today I am perfectly healed, jumping, dancing, jogging, swimming…

The doctors were astonished because I recovered quite fast, without any operation, thanks to many things, and mostly thanks to the dancing. It was a miracle!
The difference that made the difference was dancing to release the trauma out of my system, immediately after the accident. The sooner you do it the better, before it gets installed in the memory of our body cells.

I made here a film, right after my accident, where I practiced some of the Trance Goddess Dance to release the trauma. It’s a very intimate video, where I needed lots of courage to expose myself in such a vulnerable state.

My wish and intention are that these dance movements will inspire you and help you to heal yourself from any trauma, small or big, that you encountered or might encounter in your life.

Take some ‘ME time’ to watch it and practice it.

      I experienced just the same some weeks ago!
      I was at home and some workman was in my house fixing electricity. While he saw me i tripped at the stairs and fell. It hurted real bad and i locked myself up in a room. I started crying and realized i needed to move to keep the blood in the injured foot running.
      I did the knee shimmy and all emotions passed the scenery real fast, from below to up following exactly the emotions chart.
      This was amazing to see.
      My foot was hot all dat but i haven’t experienced any suffering from it anymore!

      I had an operation in my vagina and uterus two days ago.
      It’s a big offer to me being in generel anesthesia. When I wake up I had a terrible nausea and dissyness.
      The best thing I could do and I did was to make the knee chimmy, so I could reconnect to the ground/ Earth.
      To day during your video I also made the squeese and release. That’s make me really groundet and free ind my body.

      wow! amazing and so wunderfull dear kaouthar! it makes me crying to wach your process becaus it is so true. our world (our way to deal with unplesant things and all the shit that happens) is so limitated, unfree and without love. it is so curel, to be (or act as if we are) always strong and unvulnerable. it is not true but we all are trained to hide and to feel shame about it. this creates al lot of problems and fear and violence.
      so thank you verry much for sharing and giving us a role model and this experience, how it can be, and feels and looks like taking care and trust and heal ourselfs. sabine

      Je vais essayer de refaire un peu plus souvent les mouvements. Pas toujours facile de voir des images par contre… car ils sont enfouis très profond en moi.
      But to grow in life I need to expand and break free from this protective cage that I ve build myself.

      It s been two years now since the first time that I saw your tedtalk and I m still following you. I take my time.
